Right of Return You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, no questions asked, in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations.

How to Request a Return To initiate a return, contact us within 14 days of delivery at: ilariahome83@gmail.com. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Non-Refundable Items Items damaged due to misuse or customized/personalized products are not eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Defective or Incorrect Items If you received a defective or wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
